As Data Analyst!
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of contractual and agreed reports for the delivery.
For this specific case, the person should have hands-on development experience on Tableau !

Be Responsible for a variety of reporting and analysis tasks.
Extracts, compiles and interprets key operational and statistical data.
Develop new processes to increase the efficiency and consolidate & maintain departmental reports used internally and externally by parties such as to other groups, senior management, etc.
Develop and maintain new standardized reporting on a routine basis, i.e., define, build, automate, and maintain operational recurring reports.
Generate and keep control of documentation of reporting procedures to align with governance audits and regulatory requirements.
Perform ad hoc duties in accordance to business needs.
To be successful in the role you must have
Solid Expereince of Excel/Access, including VBA programming (to handle / develop custom reports), MicroStrategy, BI, Tableau & Fusion, programming languages (e.g.
C#, .NET, Java etc.) would be a plus
Solid grasp of SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS
Knowledge of critical metric analysis preferably related to Tickets, Work requests, Incidents and Network Performance (Network Availability).
Demonstrated ability to work both in Pre-sales and Delivery and take ownership for cost estimation and delivery strategy.
Automate procedures for data extraction from the GUI of various tools published on several Citrix forms.
Be Developing, maintaining, and modifying the BI platform used for reporting for the NOC.
Be responsible for crafting Models through Fusion Tool.
Education: University graduate (Computer Science, Cybernetics or similar)
Experience: Minimum years of relevant experience: 3-5 years.
