We are currently seeking a OCM lead - Org Change Mgmt to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
OCM Analyst
Work timings 12 to 10p.m IST.
One of our reputed customers is seeking a talented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with an exceptional commitment to service excellence to join its team.
As an OCM Analyst, you will be an integral member of the Organizational Change Management team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help deliver training and solutions to plant personnel from management to shop floor nationally.
In your role as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will support and drive the change and learning activities to help their personnel adopt the new processes and programs implemented.
Expectations include supporting the overall OCM strategy and the delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including End User identification, Communication, Change Impact Assessment, Role/Job Mapping, Training Material development, Train the Trainer, End User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization.
The key aspect of this role is to provide Change Management and Training expertise to support the people side of change. Applying the Customer’s OCM methodology combined with prior experience and skills, industry and business knowledge, process best practices, measurements and tools to analyze organizational change issues, you help will drive solutions that transform their business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, case for change, and program governance model
Support the definition, development, and drive the execution of the overall OCM strategies based on the business transformation program vision
Identify and analyze, develop the management plans, and facilitate on-going engagement for Stakeholders
Support and facilitate our Train the Trainer program
Develop training materials, using Customer’s tools including but not limited to uPerform and support the delivery of the training materials for the selected customer’s location
Support/develop the localized Communication Strategy and Plan to include creating and delivery of internal communications, messages and supporting materials
Facilitate end user to role mapping activities (as applicable) to support process and organizational changes
Support and conduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization; and develop and execute change management activities to support the transition
Support and manage the execution of Training Strategies and Plans (to include training delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, approval cadence, logistics, and scheduling).
Manage the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials, Train-the-Trainer approach, training schedule development, training metrics and measurement approach, training environment management
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
At least 2-5 years of combined experience in OCM and Training
Knowledge and experience with uPerform training software
Knowledge and strong capability with SharePoint
Experience in training at Manufacturing Companies preferred
Bachelor's degree, in Business, Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development, or similar field
